Letter for the PresidentWelcome Bobcat families! We are looking forward to a great 2019-2020 school year and hope you will join our community throughout the year to participate in and support our events and activities. Thank you to all the Info Day volunteers and staff that worked many hours to keep the lines moving throughout the afternoon. With MDUSD internet down, our lovely volunteers used their mobile hotspots to help us get up and running just a few minutes behind schedule and processed everyone in a timely manner. Claudia Bean did a phenomenal job welcoming parents back with coffee and donuts - check out @BancroftPFC on facebook for our KRON4 news coverage. Fundraising is off to a great start with your generous Dollar-A-Day donations. This campaign is vital as we raise money to support Bancroft teachers and students through our gardening program, instructional assistants in the classroom helping our teachers and learning center, computer techs to help with all of the technology, and much much more! We are still looking for volunteers for lead roles on the Board or as committee and event chairs. Please contact me if you would like to volunteer and mark you calendars to join us September 10 @ 7pm in the school library for our first meeting. Bancroft PFC will email out our monthly Bobcat Tracks newsletter the Sunday following the PFC meetings, but remember you can also find the most up to date information and copies of the Tracks on Konstella by visiting the CALENDAR or the FEED.
