What is Fall Fest?
Every year our PFC organizes our annual Fall Fest carnival for our students to participate in a safe afternoon of Halloween carnival fun. The proceeds go towards next year's (2019) four-day field trip to New Horizons outdoor science camp offered to our 5th graders. The camp introduces students to the wonders and mysteries of the redwoods, rich coastal oak groves and marshes, complex coastal tide pools, organic gardening and the lush Pescadero creek. Skipping stones, dancing at the Barnyard Boogie, hiking under the night sky, singing campfire songs and making music together bring the magic of childhood alive.
Golden Schu Raffle
The "Golden Schu Raffle" is a new, special raffle coming this year. The winner gets to be the "Principal-For-A-Day"
This has been an auction item in years past, and Mrs Schuler makes sure that the student "principal" has an unforgettable experience helping her run the school. Tickets are $10 each. You can buy as many as you want to enter into the raffle. There are two ways to enter:
Cake Walk is a particularly fun activity for all ages. It's a mix of musical chairs and a raffle. The prize is a selection of baked goods.
We’re looking for baked treats to make our Cake Walk game a scrumptious success! Donate your favorite SCARY cakes, cookies, brownies, cupcakes, Rice Krispies treats or whatever your specialty! Whether it’s homemade or store bought, we’ll take it! These goodies will be awarded to the winner of each round at our annual Fall Fest Cake Walk! Be sure to visit the Fall Fest Cake Walk in B-Pod.
And we'll be holding a Cake Decorating Contest.
Decorated cakes will be judged by Bancroft students & staff. The cake with the most votes wins a prize!
